Then you can put a time constraint on it and ask if she would like to get together to continue the conversation over coffee, all the while you are never over committed and are constantly observing what is taking place. To conclude you will never ask personal questions, you will respect her, and listen. Let her do most of the talking, you want to make a friend because good friends have the best relationships. Then since you are more comfortable with your actions strategically speaking, you will act with confidence and because of this you will perform a lot better.
